All courses are taught with a maximum of 2 students and run from 9.45am to 4.30pm (at the latest). I am happy to teach one to one but the student may be asked to bring a model with them.

All courses are fully certified and insurable. Students are advised to check with their own insurer that they will provide cover for these courses BEFORE booking.: we cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds in the event of insurance being refused.

Accredited Holistic Facial Massage Diploma Course Cost : £120

Unique to Earthereal, I am delighted to offer my new one day Practitioner Diploma Course in Holistic Facial Massage. A wonderful addition to the massage repertoire, this course includes elements of Chinese and Indian head and facial massage, Ayurvedic marma point massage, and the option of a dosha specific face mask for the client.

The course provides intensive professional training in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Students are emailed the manual in advance and are required to read it and complete a short test prior to the practical day course, when they will receive the massage routine and, if successful, their certificate. If any student has not reached the required standard on the day, they will be invited to return to re-sit the course free of charge.

The course is accredited by IPTI for students who hold a bodywork qualification. Westminster Indemnity and Towergate Insurance will insure them without a prior qualification, subject to satisfactory performance.

Earthereal students will also qualify for an insurance discount with Westminster Indemnity as we have an affiliation with them.

A DVD of the massage routine will be available to buy on the day for just £7.

Basic Aromatherapy and Blending (including Hand and Foot Massage)
Cost: £165

This one day intensive course will teach you everything you need to know about the history of Aromatherapy,  benefits, contra-indications, contra-actions, study and an introduction to a full range of  20 essential oils for blending, as well as hand and foot massage techniques and basic essential anatomy.

This course is an introduction to the art of aromatherapy for beginners and experienced therapists alike. You will learn how to blend for therapeutic purposes and will learn how to  carry out a simple but relaxing aromatherapy hand and foot massage. The course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to blend essential oils and carry out a hand and foot treatment confidently, safely and effectively. The comprehensive manual covers theory and setting up in business, and after the course, ongoing support is provided.

This is a stand alone Accredited Aromatherapy Course and does not require A and P. Insurable through the Beauty Guild and IPTI. If you are a qualified massage therapist you will be able to blend for your client and use the studied essential oils in your body massage - however, PLEASE check that your insurance company will accept this course before booking - thank you.

Indian Head Massage Diploma Course
Cost: £130

This one day intensive course will teach you everything you need to know about the history of Indian Head Massage, the techniques, benefits, contra-indications, contra-actions, basic anatomy of the head, neck and back and the Chakra energy system.

With easy to learn techniques Indian Head Massage is the perfect therapy for beginners and experienced therapists alike. The course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently, safely and effectively. The comprehensive manual covers theory and setting up in business, and after the course, ongoing support is provided.

Seated Thai Back Massage (On Site Massage) Diploma Course
Cost: £130

This is a one day intensive course.  Often referred to as "On Site Massage" this is a fantastically portable and easy to learn massage technique.  It is both relaxing and stimulating as the deep tissue work relieves aching muscles and the gentle rocking motion of the massage brings about deep relaxation.

Students will learn all about the history of Thai Massage, the benefits, contra-indications, contra-actions as well as the anatomy of the back.

Working on SEN energy lines, students will use elbows, hands, thumbs and forearms to carry out the Thai massage techniques. The course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently. The comprehensive manual covers theory and setting up in business, and after the course, ongoing support is provided.

Traditional Thai Foot and Hand Massage Diploma Course
Cost: £140

This is a one day intensive course.  Students will learn all about the history of Thai Massage, the benefits, contra-indications, contra-actions as well as the anatomy of the feet.  This massage combines yoga breathing, shiatsu and reflexolgy and also includes work on the hands. 

Instruction on working the SEN lines using a Thai Massage Stick is just a small part of this Traditional Thai Foot Massage. The course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently. The comprehensive manual covers theory and setting up in business, and after the course, ongoing support is provided.

Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Ear Candling) Diploma Course
Cost: £140 (including a set of Biosun Candles to use on the course)

This one day intensive course will teach you everything you need to know about the history of Ear Candling, the techniques, benefits, contra-indications, contra-actions, basic anatomy of the head, skin and anatomy and physiology of the outer and inner ear.

Thermal Auricular Therapy is easy to learn and can benefit children as well as adults who have ear, nose and throat problems.  As well as instruction of the safe use of the candles, students will learn a basic facial massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system as well as bringing about deep relaxation.

Course is dedicated to hands-on practice ensuring students are able to carry out a treatment confidently, safely and effectively. The comprehensive manual covers theory and setting up in business, and after the course, ongoing support is provided.

It should be noted that this is a complementary treatment and should not replace the advice of a medical practitioner.

Biosun candles are used on the course: they have an internal filter and carry the CE safety mark.

Japanese Hand Massage Diploma Course
Cost: £125

A wonderful massage for hands and arms, involving Shiatsu and Reflexology techniques. Clients report feeling as relaxed as they would after a full body massage.

Great for taster sessions and pamper events as well!
